Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

• The tool you were using and the page address
• Your device and browser (for example “Android, Chrome” or “Windows, Edge”)
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• The file type and size, if relevant (please do not attach private documents)

Requesting a new tool

Tell us what you are trying to do and which file types or units are involved. Many of our tools and converters were added because someone asked for them.

Business and advertising enquiries

For partnerships, advertising or press, email us with “Business” in the subject line.

Please do not email confidential documents. Our tools work inside your browser, so we never need your files to help you. See our privacy policy for details.
